Sacred Heart Goes Out to Sea

Ahoy, matey! It’s time to go “Out to Sea!” for Sacred Heart’s 7th Annual Parish Gala.

Come aboard the Yacht Starship for a fun-filled evening with your favorite friars and fellow parishioners. You might even meet some new friends! The event comes complete with a cruise, food stations, an open bar, dancing, and more. There will also be a live auction as well as a silent auction. All proceeds from the event will be dedicated to our True North Vision.

Join us on Friday, February 8th, 2019, from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm. We can’t wait to see you there. Argh!!

FAQs

How much are the tickets?

Tickets purchased through January 13th are $70/each.
From January 14th – 20th, they will be $80/each.
From January 21st – 27th, they will be $90/each.
And from January 28th – February 3rd, tickets will be $100/each.

What does my ticket include?

Each ticket includes a 3-hour cruise on the Yacht Starship, passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations, an open bar, and dancing.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No. Simply download the Eventbrite app to your smartphone and show your phone to one of our volunteers before boarding the Yacht Starship. (Please note: Boarding will begin at 6:30 pm and the ship leaves the dock promptly at 7:30 pm.)

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased after Sunday, February 3rd for the price of $125. There are 450 total tickets available.

What time can we board the Yacht Starship, and when can I get off the boat?

Boarding will begin at 6:30 pm. We will get back to the dock at 10:00 pm, and you can disembark at that time.

What if I am running late?

The ship leaves the dock promptly at 7:30 pm.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There are no scheduled events at Amalie Arena on the night of our event. Parking is available in the Garrison Street Parking Lot at a fee of $2/hour. Parking will also be available at the Tampa Port Authority Parking Garage 369 South 12th Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602. Please note that prices are subject to change.

What should I wear?

We want you to have fun and be comfortable! Wear your dancing shoes, your pretty, shiny dress, or channel your inner captain! Beads are most welcome!

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds, but tickets are transferrable.

How do I bid on Silent Auction items?

Our silent auction is online, and bidding is now open. Register your mobile phone number by visiting our Qtego site and then you can review the auction items and begin the bidding process. We are adding more items daily so check back regularly. And remember, all proceeds benefit our True North Vision!
